Frequently Asked Questions when buying a new home

It’s important to understand every step of the process when buying a new home. Having questions is completely normal, so we’ve put together of our frequently asked questions to help.

How much deposit do I need?

Our reservation deposit is £250*, and when signing missives the deposit is £500*.

*Please check with the sales executive of your chosen development.

When do I get to customise my home?

Once the offer has been accepted one of our sales team will arrange a meeting to discuss your options with regards to colours, fixtures and fittings etc.

How long will have I to wait before I can move it?

Once you have reserved your new home you will be given an expected delivery date. We’ll keep in touch and keep you up to date throughout build process. At each stage of development we’ll give you an update on progress and if we need anything from you. Once the home has been decorated we’ll be able to give you a more definite move in date.

What’s included in the warranty?

All our homes benefit from a 10-year NHBC warranty. Our sales team are on hand to talk you through the policy. You will also receive a copy of the NHBC warranty document from your solicitor.
